About U3A GodleyU3A Godley is one of 6 Christchurch U3A groups, and was started in 2006. It meets regularly for courses of lectures on Monday mornings at the Christchurch Art Gallery. Morning tea at 10:15 is an opportunity to meet with other members before the lecture at 10:45. Lectures last approximately an hour, including time for questions. In the future we hope to offer additional less formal courses, often of short duration, perhaps involving a field trip or a visit to a place of interest. Or they could be held in a member's home, with just a few people. A much greater range of topics could be covered. We also have interest groups which meet regularly. 2009 Committee
